Terms of Use

Crescent Plus · Published by Pantheon Technologies · Last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Crescent Plus mobile application, the crescent-plus.com website, and related services (together, "Crescent Plus" or the "Service"), published and operated by Pantheon Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Crescent Plus, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use Crescent Plus

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Crescent Plus. If you use Crescent Plus on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile, for maintaining the security of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@crescent-plus.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Crescent Plus for your own business networking and contact management. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to Crescent Plus — your profile, contacts, notes, tags, and tasks. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service: to store, process, back up, and display that content to you and to the recipients you choose (for example, when you share your card, share a contact, or send an invite). Your public card page displays only the profile fields you choose to fill in and is visible to anyone with the link.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Crescent Plus to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Connections, moderation, and reporting

Direct messaging and contact sharing are limited to accepted Crescent Plus connections. Either person may block the other to stop new direct interaction. Blocking does not erase information already shared or prevent interaction outside Crescent Plus.

Crescent Plus may use automated rules, rate limits, service providers, and human review to detect spam, scams, threats, harassment, or other prohibited use. A message may be held or rejected before delivery. You may report users, messages, events, organizations, and public cards. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and contact affected users as reasonably necessary to protect the Service. If you believe an action was mistaken, contact Support and include the case number shown in Crescent Plus.

7. Third-party services

Crescent Plus integrates with third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Gemini, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, SendGrid, Stripe, and Twilio. Your use of those services through Crescent Plus may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for content on external websites linked from the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and branding, is owned by Pantheon Technologies and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license in Section 3, no rights in the Service are granted to you.

9. Fees and paid event registrations

Creating an account, using Crescent Plus' networking features, and publishing events are free.

Buying a paid registration

Organizers may sell event registrations through Crescent Plus. When you buy a paid registration, your purchase is from the event organizer, not from Crescent Plus: the organizer is the seller and merchant of record, and Crescent Plus acts as the marketplace platform that facilitates the transaction. Payments are processed by Stripe; your payment details are collected directly by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.

When you register for or buy a ticket to an event, you become that organizer's attendee or customer, and the organizer receives your registration information (your name, contact details, and the profile fields you have provided) to run the event and serve you. The organizer's use of that information is subject to their own privacy practices. Crescent Plus never sells your personal information.

Events are the organizer's responsibility

Events — including whether they take place, their content, schedule, venue, capacity, and any cancellations or refunds — are the sole responsibility of the organizer. Direct refund requests to the organizer. Crescent Plus does not host, produce, or guarantee any event and is not a party to the transaction between you and the organizer.

Selling registrations as an organizer

To sell paid registrations, your organization must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Crescent Plus charges a per-registration platform fee, disclosed in the organizer console and deducted automatically; Stripe's processing fees are charged to your Stripe account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and pricing, for honoring the registrations you sell, for your refund policy, for applicable taxes, and for chargebacks and disputes on your Stripe account. Stripe pays out to the bank account you link with Stripe, on Stripe's schedule.

If your organization uploads or syncs a member roster to Crescent Plus (for member pricing or member-only events), you represent that you are permitted to share that information with us, and you authorize us to process it solely to verify membership for your events.

10. Termination

You may stop using Crescent Plus and delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 4 (for content already shared), 6, 8, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

Crescent Plus is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that contact details extracted from scanned cards will be accurate — please verify important information before relying on it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pantheon Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose and fifty US dollars (US$50).

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pantheon Technologies is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@crescent-plus.com and give us a chance to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above, and where appropriate notify you in the app. Continuing to use Crescent Plus after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
